Your hosts and Innkeepers are Vern and Linny Jones.

Vern is an artistic, creative craftsman who has designed and built the entire area you will be enjoying. Literally, there isn't anything Vern can't do! He is a gourmet cook who will delight your palette and eyes with his breakfasts. In his spare time he cycles; hikes; skis; races cars; flies airplanes; spends time with his 5 grandchildren; and teaches high school art!

Linny is an outgoing, friendly lady who loves people and will instantly make you feel right at home! When she is not inn-keeping she trains for marathons; hikes in the mountains; skis; spends time with her 5 grandchildren; and teaches the 3rd grade!

A message from Vern and Linny....

We have always loved where we have been blessed to live these past many years!After raising our two daughters, our new desire was to enlarge our home to accomodate our new family of sons-in-law and grandchildren. It was that desire that motivated our original project. However, early in the process, we realized that in all probability, these lovely spaces would stand vacant 80% of the time as our children have happy, fulfilling lives of their own!

We decided then to open our home to you, and share the joy we feel in living in this area and in this home. We warmly invite you to to come and experience our Scandinavian Escape, which is truly, "lodging in peaceful seclusion."
